Are you a manufacturer, or a reseller?

A manufacturer. Every casegood, upholstered piece and decorative element is produced in our own factories on machinery we own and operate. We do not source finished goods from third parties and resell them.

A 60,000 m2 enclosed manufacturing complex across 5 production factories, with over 2,000 skilled professionals, running robotic laser cutting, CNC precision lines, upholstery ateliers, finishing booths and a classic hand-carving workshop.

What does turnkey mean at Sagist Group?

One contract and one accountable partner covering design coordination, shop drawings, sampling, manufacturing, global freight, customs clearance and on-site installation, through to a commissioned, photo-ready space. You are not managing a chain of separate suppliers.

What are the stages of a project?

Six stages, each signed off before the next opens: brief, design and shop drawings, 1:1 sample approval, manufacturing, shipping, and on-site installation.

How long does a project take?

A typical luxury hotel or multi-villa project runs 20 to 30 weeks from signed contract and approved samples to on-site commissioning. Standard product orders ship in 6 to 8 weeks; hand-carved classic commissions run 8 to 12 weeks.

Do you design, or only build to a supplied design?

Both. Where you have an architect or interior designer, we execute strictly to their specification. Where the brief is open, our in-house architects and designers develop the concept, space planning and technical drawings with you.

What certifications and fire-safety standards do you meet?

ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management. Contract-grade specifications are tested per jurisdiction: BS 5852 Crib 5, California TB 117-2013, IMO MED for marine projects, and Gulf civil-defence codes.

Is quality independently inspected before shipment?

Yes. Projects are inspected by SGS prior to shipment and you receive the third-party quality report before anything leaves the factory.

How is pricing calculated?

Against your BOQ or FF&E schedule, quoted per key for hotels, per villa or per room for residential, and per area for commercial work, using realistic Turkish manufacturing costs stated openly from the first meeting. Buying factory-direct removes importer and agent margins.

Do you deliver worldwide, and who installs on site?

We deliver to 73 countries. Our own logistics division manages container loading, freight and customs clearance, and our own installation crews handle unpacking, placement, assembly and snagging on site until handover.

What warranty do you provide?

Accepted Answer

A 2-year standard warranty, extending to 5 years for project work and up to 10 years for exclusive luxury turnkey commissions, with after-sales support for maintenance, spares and repairs.

Can we visit the factory before committing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Developers, hotel groups and architects are welcome at the Istanbul production complex to inspect materials, machinery and work in progress. Factory tour films are published on the About page and on YouTube.
