Vertically integrated hospitality manufacturing

Sagist is a vertically integrated manufacturer. Casegoods, upholstery, decorative joinery, stone and metalwork are produced inside our own ateliers in Istanbul, on machinery we own and operate: robotic laser cutting lines, CNC five-axis routers, edge-banding and pressure-veneer presses, in-house finishing booths, and dedicated upholstery floors. We answer for every line item on the FF&E schedule because we make it.

Every specification is written to contract grade. Foams, fabrics and finishes are tested to the fire-safety standards required by the project's jurisdiction: BS 5852 Crib 5, California TB 117-2013, IMO MED for marine applications, and the regional civil-defence codes operative in the Gulf. Once production closes, our own installation crews mobilise to site, delivering fully commissioned rooms, lobbies and outlets on the snag-list date, not after it.

What does "turnkey" mean for a hotel project?

One contract covers design coordination, shop drawings, 1:1 sampling, manufacturing, container logistics, customs clearance and on-site installation by our own crews, through to a fully commissioned, photo-ready property. You manage one accountable partner rather than a dozen suppliers.

Which areas of a hotel do you furnish?

Yes. We phase manufacturing and installation floor by floor or wing by wing, sequencing deliveries so operating areas stay clean, quiet and revenue-generating throughout.

Do you build mock-up rooms before full production?

Yes. We build a full 1:1 model guest room for your written sign-off. No production run opens until the mock-up and its finishes are approved.

How long does a hotel project take from brief to opening?

A typical hotel project runs 20 to 30 weeks from signed contract and approved samples through to on-site commissioning, depending on room count, customisation and destination.

Do you deliver and install internationally?

Yes. We deliver to 73 countries through our own logistics network, managing tailored container loading, freight and customs clearance, with our own installation teams completing the fit-out and snagging on site.

How is pricing structured, and what payment terms apply?

Pricing is quoted per-key and against your FF&E schedule or BOQ, with staged payments tied to design approval, mock-up sign-off, production milestones and shipment.

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

A 2-year standard warranty, extending to 5 years for project work and up to 10 years for exclusive luxury turnkey commissions, with an after-sales team handling spares, maintenance and repairs for the life of the property.

Can you supply replacement and matching pieces years later?

Yes. We archive drawings, materials and finish specifications for every project, so additional or replacement pieces can be produced to match exactly as your property expands or refurbishes.
