Sagist Group Client Interview – Emily | Virginia Water, Surrey, United Kingdom
Interviewer:
How did the design process begin? What was your first contact with Sagist Group like?
Emily:
Honestly, this was the part that impressed me the most. Before we even started the project, the team wanted to understand who we really are. They asked about our work, our hobbies, our lifestyle, what our child enjoys, our favorite colors, and even how we wanted to feel in our future home. From that moment, I realized how professional and detail-oriented Sagist Group is. We also had several Zoom meetings throughout the process, and every conversation made us feel even more confident.
Interviewer:
Did that level of detail in getting to know you surprise you?
Emily:
Absolutely. I had never experienced anything like that before. It felt like they truly understood our lifestyle and personal taste. Later, I realized every question had a purpose because those details were reflected in the furniture, materials, and interior design. It made the whole home feel very personal and unique.
Interviewer:
How many design concepts were you presented with, and how did the selection process work?
Emily:
Sagist Group presented us with three different design concepts. What I really appreciated was that I didn't have to choose just one. I loved the lighting from the first concept, the color palette from the second, and several design details from the third. I shared my thoughts with the design team, and they beautifully combined my favorite elements into one bespoke concept created especially for our family. That personal approach made all the difference.
Interviewer:
How did the fabric and material selection process go once the design concept was finalized?
Emily:
After the design was finalized, I visited the Sagist Group showroom to see all the materials in person. I could touch every fabric, compare every finish, and carefully select each material myself. It gave me complete confidence because I knew exactly what would be installed in our home.
Interviewer:
Could you tell us a bit about the flooring and ceiling craftsmanship? Did the final result meet your expectations?
Emily:
It definitely exceeded my expectations. The flooring is beautiful, the carpet in the main living area feels luxurious, and the lighting throughout the villa creates such a warm atmosphere. Whenever guests visit, the first thing they notice is the incredible attention to detail. Everything works together perfectly, creating one elegant and harmonious design.
Interviewer:
With a project of this scale—including design, materials, flooring, ceilings, and custom furniture—how did the timeline progress?
Emily:
Everything was completed exactly as planned. The project stayed on schedule, and the entire process was very well organized. I have friends who experienced delays during their own renovation projects, so I truly appreciated how professionally Sagist Group managed every stage. It made the whole experience completely stress-free.
Interviewer:
How did your family react throughout the process?
Emily:
My husband has very high standards when it comes to quality and craftsmanship. He always likes to see and touch the materials before they're installed. Even he was genuinely impressed by the quality and the level of workmanship. He especially appreciated how interested the team was in understanding our lifestyle from the very beginning. Our children absolutely love their new rooms, and as a family we all feel incredibly happy living here.
Interviewer:
How would you describe the overall atmosphere of your villa?
Emily:
I would describe it as warm, elegant, timeless, and very personal. It truly feels like our home. Every room reflects our personality, our lifestyle, and the atmosphere we wanted to create. Because Sagist Group took the time to understand our family so well, they created a home that feels completely unique to us. That's something very special.
Interviewer:
Lastly, I'm genuinely curious. With a project this extensive—from architecture and interior design to materials, flooring, ceilings, and bespoke furniture—was there anything you weren't happy with while working with Sagist Group?
Emily:
Honestly, with a project of this size, I expected there might be a few challenges along the way. But everything was handled so professionally that the entire journey was smooth from beginning to the final handover. Communication was excellent, every promise was kept, and the final result exceeded our expectations. I would confidently recommend Sagist Group to anyone planning a luxury villa, private residence, office, or any bespoke interior project. Working with them has been a wonderful experience.
Interviewer:
It's wonderful to see you again. Are you happy in your new home?
Emily:
I'm extremely happy. It truly feels like home.
Interviewer:
I'm so happy to hear that.
Emily:
Thank you! You're always welcome to visit us. I'd love to show you around the villa, and maybe we can cook something together.
Interviewer:
That sounds wonderful! How are your children doing?
Emily:
They're doing great. Everyone is very happy, and we're really enjoying every moment in our new home. Thank you so much for asking.
Interviewer:
And how about you?
Emily:
I'm doing very well, thank you. Life has been quite busy lately... business, business! (Laughs.)
Interviewer:
That's great to hear. Thank you so much, Emily.
Emily:
Thank you. It was truly a pleasure sharing our experience with Sagist Group.
